We are still looking for talented actors to join us for William Shakespeare’s Taming of the Shrew!
No fee is required to participate, and no monologue prep required.

Performance Dates: July 11th, 12th, 18th, 19th, 2025
No rehearsal July 7th

The Story:

Wealthy Italian merchant, Signor Baptista Minola, has two daughters. Bianca (“the fair and virtuous”) and Katharina (the “cursed shrew”). He’s like them to be married well and happily and will not marry one until both are so matched. Enter a string of hopeful suitors, a gaggle of silly servants, and at least one very confused parent and the stage is set (whether for disaster or joy remains to be seen).

Rebel Alliance Theatre is a resident company and occasionally hold select auditions. Our company of creatives has been working together for many years. We are focused on the making of theatre as a social responsibility, and we help others to learn to do that as well.
