Rebel Alliance Theatre’s Ticket Prices:
Rebel Alliance Theatre has joined the growing number of theatre companies and arts organizations that are offering a “sliding scale” ticket price to their patrons. Our ticket pricing is as follows:
Regular ticket price: $15.00
Alternative ticket price: $8.00

Rebel Alliance Theatre has recently embarked on a new and exciting phase in our evolution with the purchase of our own building, the former Presbyterian Church at 404 S Webster St in Omro, Wisconsin. Our move to a new venue was prompted by our desire to have a space that we could call our own, where we could more fully realize our commitment to making the arts a part of the fabric of life in Omro and surrounding communities. We have long believed that the creative vision that fires the work we do required a “home” where all could gather and experience the arts freely and fully. Our new venue will be called Rebel Alliance Theatre and Omro’s Center for the Arts, and it is our fervent hope that it will become a vital part of the creative and spritual life of Omro and surrounding communities.
Of course such a move presents many challenges, including financial ones. Rebel strives to strike a balance between charging an admission price high enough that we will have the resources to continue to do our work in the community, yet affordable enough for most people to pay. We feel that our regular ticket price of $15.00 meets this standard. However, we also realize that, in this economy, some people will find it difficult to pay the full amount, so we offer an $8.00 alternative for those who prefer not to pay the full $15.00. The patron decides what he or she can pay,. No questions are asked, and all are treated exactly the same. The children’s admission price remains at $5.00.
We realize this is a somewhat unconventional approach, but hope that it will provide everyone in the community, regardless of their financial circumstances, the opportunity to experience and celebrate theatre and the arts with us, while giving Rebel Alliance Theatre the resources to continue to reveal and recognize the arts as part of a thriving and sustainable community.
